TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We are under the understanding that you (the person/passenger) who are making the reservation are over the age of 18 and by visiting this website you agree to the terms & conditions which are set up by "Select Chauffeurs Pty Ltd trading as "AAA Limousines" of P.O Box 398 Mascot NSW 1460.

"AAA Limousines" provides a ground transport solution in Sydney & some other states around Australia using late model sedans, Limousine, mini vans and Coaches.

All drivers are fully licenced and authorised to drive the above vehicles by the R.M.S (Road & Maritime Services) & Transport NSW.

All reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Reservations and quotes are not necessary accepted by "AAA Limousines" unless approved and confirmed by return email by "AAA Limousines".

On-line reservations require a valid credit card details for pre-authorisation & final payment.

NORMAL TRANSFER RESERVATIONS

Passengers, who are booked on behalf of a company, are advised to obtain a contact name and phone number of "AAA Limousines" representative, should any issues arise.

Person or passenger who made the reservation, must inform "AAA Limousines" office of any changes, delays or cancellation of any flights or incidents prior of the dispatch of the vehicle.

"No Show" of passenger will be charged at the full value of the transfer rate.

AIRPORT RESERVATIONS

Passengers whose reservation were made on behalf of a company for "Meet & Greet" at domestic or international airport, must be informed that a driver will be waiting for them inside the arrivals terminal, holding a sign displaying their name. It is advisable to provide the passenger with "AAA Limousines" contact phone number, should any issues arise.

Person or passenger who made the reservation, must inform "AAA Limousines" office of any changes, delays or cancellation of any flights prior of the dispatch of the vehicle.

Extended delays at the airport (Over 30 minutes at domestic terminal & 45 minutes at international terminal) will attract an additional waiting time charge at the current rate of $88.00 per hour. This is based on a Sedan Holden Caprice.

(Price of hourly rate may change/vary dependant on vehicle type and may change without notice).

"No Show" of passenger will be charged at the full value of the transfer rate.

VEHICLES RULES

All vehicles that are dispatched to the job are fully maintained & clean.

The person who makes the reservation, is responsible to ensure that all passengers are aware of these conditions, and is also responsible for any damage to exterior, interior and or contents of the vehicle. It is also agreed that you are responsible for any additional cost arising from the above caused by any of the passengers.

We, at "AAA Limousines", aim to provide a prompt and reliable service; however, there may be times that we will have to vary the reservation details due to unforeseen circumstances.

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES INCLUDE

A mechanical breakdown, road traffic accident, major road congestion due to emergency road works, or floods due to bad weather.

We will always endeavour to get you to your destination safely, comfortably and on time, so we may have to utilise an alternative type of vehicle or other mode of transportation to complete the job.

We cannot be held liable for those circumstances which are beyond our control.

We have the right to deny driving our vehicles on an unsealed road or to an unsafe locations that may put the vehicle and its passengers in danger.

The driver has the right to refuse any person, or persons, from entering the vehicle due to a bad behaviour or where the person or persons are intoxicated. Furthermore, if the driver feels that he or she is intimidated or threatened by any of the passengers, to immediately terminate the transfer without any refund whatsoever. Customers are liable for "all damages" to the "AAA Limousines" vehicles.

If the vehicle is left in an excessively dirty condition that requires extraordinary cleaning or re-sanitation, the hirer is liable for the full cost of this cleaning or repair and any consequent loss of use of the vehicle.

FOOD POLICY

No food is to be consumed inside the vehicle whilst en route to destination.

SMOKING POLICY

There is no smoking and any form of contraband permitted to be used in the vehicle.

SEATBELTS POLICY

If Seat belts are fitted to a vehicle and under current legislation must be applied and fitted by each person travelling in vehicle.

Children and infants travelling in vehicle must adhere to normal child safety restraint rulings as per current R.M.S. guidelines. (Additional charge is applicable for each child seat). Please contact us for a price.

All care is taken but we do not accept any responsibility for any damaged or lost property items while in transit or if are left in the car, we are indemnified from any responsibility for missed flights or missed appointments due to late drop offs.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Weddings

A deposit of $200.00 per Wedding car vehicle is to be paid to "AAA Limousines" at the time of booking. Bookings cancelled within three months of a wedding date forfeit the deposit paid. All weddings are to be paid in full three weeks prior to the wedding date.

 

General Hire

"AAA Limousines" does not charge the passenger in advance except for having his/her credit card pre authorised for the payment of the reservation. For general transfer hire, the full amount of the reservation will be charge on completion of the transfer. A deposit of $200.00 per General Hire Car is to be paid to "AAA Limousines" at the time of booking per vehicle. If the booking is cancelled within 28 days prior to the booking, the full amount of the booking will be charged. Vehicles cancelled befoe this will receive no refund of there deposit.

In the event of a cancellation of a General Hire reservation, the following formula will apply.
Normal transfer: cancellation made 6 hours before the booking time will be charged at the rate of 50% of the reservation cost.
Airport transfer: cancellation made 4 hours before the booking time will be charged at the rate of 80% of the reservation cost.
Any cancellation made less than 3 hours before the booking time will be subject of the full reservation charge rate.
Credit card payments attract a surcharge. Visa & MasterCard 3%, AMEX 5% & Diners 5.5%
